Labrador will no longer be playing for next year along with Beliran. yun po talaga yun.

Tormis the transferee from UE would still have two more playing years including next year if im not mistaken. so he will graduate along with Dela Calzada and Faytaren.

De Ocampo and Avila would be playing their last season next year. Avila was supposed to have two years more but there was a conflict with the line up in s71 so nakain yung isang playing year niya. and speaking of Avila, he will be gunning for the 3 peat in the beach volleyball next year along with his partner Dela Calzada and im pretty sure they will win that.

perhaps the announcers were saying si Beliran ay gagraduate dahil walang conflict sa units niya si Beliran unlike si Labrador, i think he will officially graduate in October kaya you could still see him do the back row hits for FEU for the last time in the next unigames.

yes Labrador was part of S70 already. if you watch the finals between UST and FEU that season you might even catch a glimpse of him.

I watched the game a while ago. Nakakaiyak yung last point ni Kirk. and after which, hinug lang niya si coach. nakakatouch.

anyway. Labrador is out alongside with Beliran. Will be playing 2 years is Tormis right? and last year na *** ni De ocampo and Avila. Wala na bang new setter? alam ko si Garcia, 4th playing year na rin db? I'm hoping may pumalit kay Labrador. good back row attacker. and kay de ocampo. an excellent setter. Magaling mga nagiging setters ng FEU. LOPEZ and DE OCAMPO. who's next? we'll see.


* IMO, Pitrus deserves the half of the MVP award. ang galing galing niya.

Sino-sino ba yung mga dating players ng MVT na maglalaro daw sa NU next year. Naalala ko lang, diba may malakas na rookie dati ang FEU nung S71, Paglinawan ata yun. Naglalaro na rin ba sa NU yun? sorry, wala na kasi akong balita sa mga nawala after S71.

Si Ferdie Garcia natanong ko over FB, Season 72 siya pumasok sa line up ang pagkakatanda kong sabi niya. So if ever na maglaro pa si De Ocampo for Season 75, pwede pa si Garcia hanggang Season 76 (?) unless hindi siya mag fu-full 5 years eligibility.

Amongst sa line-up nalaman ko rin from someone sa MVT na si Refugia eh isang setter din. Pero di ko pa siya nakitang ipasok sa game. :P

Agree, ang laki ng tulong ng setting abilities niya sa squad. May attacking capabilities at may gulang factor.

yeah. si pit ay isang malupit na setter! tsk. last playing year nya na next season, sana may pumalit sa kanyang bongga. si ferdz hindi sya ganun katangkad pero ok din sya. kaya din ba nyang umatake? o set lang?

FEU vs NU (Men’s Division)

The men’s division is a demonstration of speed and power that it’s always exciting to watch those high-flying spikes and wall-tough blocks. The FEU (Arvin Avila, Karl Ian Dela Calzada, and Rodrigo del Rosario) vs NU (Josephenry Tipay, Edwin Tolentino and Sony Mark Tekiko) was a wringer of a match. NU took game 1 in 3 sets with while FEU took game 2 only in 2 sets to prove they won’t give their championship without a fight. The end game was in favour of NU with their resilient attitude giving their first ever Beach Volleyball Championship in UAAP. Ending scores 21-12, 20-22, 15-9.
