Rhapsody Residences incorporates a Neo-Asian architectural design both in its buildings and landscapes. It is a good place for a growing family to settle. To ensure that you get the most accurate and reliable information about Rhapsody Residences’ project details, please visit its OFFICIAL property portal page.

If you don't know what Neo- Asian means, here's a brief explanation.

Neo - a prefix from the ancient Greek word for young; and
Asian - ancient stylistic criticism (Asian descent).

This means to say that DMCI Homes incorporates that youthfulness vibe in condo living.

So that's what Neo- Asian means. I've also looked it up in terms of design structure and here are some Neo- Asian- inspired examples I have found:

These photos are obtained from http:dmcihomes.com, in which Rosewood is featured. I believe Rhapsody Residences has adapt the same style.

Now, this is just awesome. The dark wood makes it more interesting. More elegant and classic way. I think these resemble those homes in Japan during fall season. And the idea makes it just more exciting. I would want to acquire a unit in this development. What is the process? Can anyone help me avail one in Rhapsody Residences?

So this is Rhapsody Residences? I believe that this is another DMCI Homes new project development. Like Zinnia Towers who has the Lumiventt Design Technology, what distinct feature does it have? Is this also a resort- inspired development?

Yes, this is Rhapsody Residences. To know more about this development, you may visit DMCI Homes' main and official website at http:www.dmcihomes.com or this blog post I've seen over the Internet: DMCI The Amaryllis: Bringing Resort-type of Living in Quezon City.

Thank you johnrick for the information. PhP 20,000 isn't bad at all. Anyway, I want to avail a 2BR unit in this development. How much will it cost? And is it true that DMCI Homes is complying the new VAT threshold released by the BIR?
