Looks like L.A. Noire is going to be released for PC. And not only that, they're throwing in all the console DLCs.

L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition

Includes all previously released DLC for the console versions (including additional outfits, weapons, and cases such as “Nicholson Electroplating”, “Reefer Madness”, “Naked City”, “Slip of the Tongue”, “Consul’s Car” and more) and makes them available to players from the start.

So... better graphics and all the console DLCs for free. I think the PC wins this one.

However:

Additional: Initial activation requires internet connection and Rockstar Social Club (13+ to register); software installation required including GameShield IronWrap & Patcher; DirectX, and Microsoft's Windows .NET Framework, and Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86).

PC ako. Nandun lahat ng relevant RTS games eh.

PC this time. With an Intel i5-3570k with 4000 HD on a Z77, a 2GB GTX 550 Ti, and 32GB of RAM, no concole can match up. Now I need to pick out good games from Steam.
