Teletech Novaliches

Teletech Novaliches is in need of 200 new CSR's and TSR's respectively for the new account which is the Barnes and Noble latest device "The Nook." We have Day and Night shifts that you can choose from. Salary will depend on the account that you'll be assigned to.

Qualifications:

- At least High School graduate, College undergraduate or graduate

- At least 18 years old or above, Male or Female

-Excellent command of the English language (Other languages may apply for bilingual agents).

-Great phone etiquette and demeanor.

-Highly motivated with the ability to manage his/her time.

-Customer service oriented with a knack for building quick rapport.
**
- With or without call center experience are welcome to apply

-Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
