Sa regular Bundle Plans P990 and P1299, magkasama na ang Tel and DSL while if regular MyDSL Plans P999 (1Mbps), P1995 (2Mbps) and P3000 (3Mbps), add'l dito ang Telephone bill! All plans if new with Installation Fee of P1100 and FREE Reg. Modem or Wi-Fi Modem at P2200 or P1000 or FREE depending on Plan availed.

1. P990MSF ang all local calls Outgoing to all Telcos as long as (02) area code ng tatawagang tel. nos. & w/ Free Incoming calls and unlimited DSL, up to 384kbps!

2. Yes, FREE ang Watchpad sa lahat ng PLDT DSL Plans! Just need to register.

3. P1,100 as Tel. Installation Fee + P1,200 for Reg. Modem = P2,300 total initial payment. With P990MSF for unlimited Tel/DSL services.

If installed Jul. 13, and cut-off is Jul. 19, first bill is 6 days/30 days x P990 (NDD Calls to other Telcos + CP Calls, if any!)

major complaints with PDLt MyDSL

1. when our application was approved, we received the modem two months later;
2. PLDT charged us for those two months eventhought we did not have any connection;
3. we were harassed for several months with the treat of disconnection amidst our explaination we did not have any internet connection during those two months;
4. NOW, for no reason our account was reverted to the PLAN999 without our consent and we could hardly use the wifi, and
5. WORSE, we are being charged for the faster rate.


a PLDT technicial when to our house and confirmed that our connection was only for the PLAN999; and it was the cause for the weak wifi signal.
