PLDT MyDSL Plans/Packages w/ New Wi-Fi Modem/Router

kasi po i have an existing internet plan (residential account) sa PLDT.. yung excite (1995 plan)
kaso po mag o-online tutoring kasi ako so i want to upgrade into business plan.
Pano po kaya ang pag process nito? pwede po ba pa assist sa inyo? tia

Sir, ganun ba talaga katagal ang installation? Unang punta namin apply, then after 4 days pinabalik kami, tapos nagbayad na kami ng installation fee tapos para sa wifi modem. Ngayun mag 3 weeks na wala kaming balita kung kailan kami kakabitan. Manila area pala. Eh dati nagpakabit kami dun sa house namin sa Bulacan eh wala pang 1 week ok naman na lahat. Sabihin nateng mas madaming tao sa Manila siguro pero diba dapat mas ok services ng PLDT dun sa Manila? Nakakainis lang kasi araw araw na nga kami nagfollow up eh. Hindi ba pwedeng kunin namin contact # ng mga nagkakabit para yun nalang tawagan namin?

Inaabot talaga now ng 2-4 weeks ang Processing/ Approval/ Installation ng new services sa buong Pilipinas due sa natapos na 2-week system migration ng PLDT last April 10, 2012! Nagkaroon ng 2 week backlog sa lahat ng service requests kaya ang dating 1-2 weeks, naging 2-4 weeks or more pa nga.

Normally, magbabayad lang ng Tel. Installation Fee and cost of Wi-Fi Modem (if applicable) if mayroon na ng Service Order No., Assigned Tel. No. at Account No. ang new Client at w/n 2-4 days, installed na dapat!

Just need to request upgrade to Plan XPERIENCE, 1.5Mbsp @ P999MSF add'l. to present Tel. Bill of P775MSF. Give Full Name of Subscriber on Record (SOR), Existing Tel. No. & Email address for me to send PLDT CIS/Application Form. Need copy of Valid ID of SOR and signed CIS to request upgrade w/ FREE DSL Installation, FREE WI-Fi Router, etc. Processing/Approval/Installation w/n 2-4 weeks! Your present Tel. No. will not be changed unless old line is still DSLAM and need to be connected to new NGN (Fiber optics) line to get the faster speeds of 1.5Mps!

PLDT nmn talaga the best na ISP lalo na sa latency (low ping). Pero ewan ko lintek na yan ang bagal nila magkabit. Kahit araw araw follow-up sobrang tagal paren!
