    Although sister companies ang Smart at PLDT, magkaibang account/service ang Smart BRO sa PLDT so hindi OK request transfer sa PLDT MyDSL ang account mo w/ Smart BRO!

    mga sir kakabayad ko lang kanina for installation at modem sa PLDT business office - binigyan nila ako ng Assigned Phone number, Account number at service order pero wala naman schedule for installation visit.

    Gaano katagal bago mainstall ang service at tatawag ba sila sa inyo or kayo ang tumawag para magbigay sila ng sched?

    Normally, w/in 2-4 days ang Installation of service after receipt of Payment w/ Service Order No., assigned Tel. No. and Account No. Wait ka sa tawag ng Customer Care asto actual schedule or call "171" to follow-up!

    BTW, gaano ka katagal naghintay bago nabigyan ng S.O. No., Tel. No. & Account No.?

    Yes, wait for about 2-4 weeks for confirmation if OK or not ang PLDT Application ninyo! Call also "171" to follow-up status after 1 week.
