Last week of March until April 10, 2012 or during that 2-week period, nagkaroon ng system migration/enhancement ang buong PLDT kaya walang processing ng mga Application at Installation mga Tel. & DSL services! So nagkaroon ng 2-week back-log sa lahat ng transaction kaya ang normal/regular processing ng Application na about 1-2 weeks (or less) naging 3-4 weeks ngayon!![]()

na-bill na kami dun sa 2Mbps, pero hindi pa namin natatanggap yung WiFi router. hindi pa rin naaayos yung slow internet connection.
wala naman kaming magawa kasi wala kaming kilala sa globe.
