The earth has reach its carrying capacity, evidence to that is the declining of natural resources and biodiversity around the globe.

There is even a study that the current population of the planet needs four (4) earth to sustain it and have a decent living.

Walang kinalaman dyan kung mayaman ka o mahirap, in the future, both parties will be affected.

Hindi lang naman sa resources ang effect ng overpopulation, pollution of the planet is another one. Aside from growing needs, pollution also contributes sa dwindling natural resources. Chain reaction effect yan.

The more the people, the more pollution load will be produce. Hindi maiiwasan yan.

So mitigation measures? Control the population.

Hindi porke't may lupa pa, ok lang magpadami pa, sa mata ng ordinaryong tao at simbahan, tama yan, but using science, environment and economic factors, malaki ang epekto niyan at masama.

mas konting population, mas maliit ang demand sa resources so bagsak presyo. Walang disiplina na kasi ang mga tao ngayon lalo na yun mga mahihirap at nasa squatter's area. Anak ng anak. The study was based on the existing resources versus the current population.

Too many factors was taken in consideration. I'll post the study pag nahanap ko na, alam ko nabasa ko yun sa isang scientific journal.

Again uulitin ko, hindi lupa ang sukatan kung dapat pa tayong magparami (area of residency kasi ang tinutukoy mo, have you consider the space for forest, agricultural and other land uses?).

Not all area are suitable for forest and agricultural lands, and most of it are being converted already by land-developers, one reason, maganda kasi ang location at environment. Bakit hindi sila magtayo ng residential areas sa desert area ng walang masirang resources
