Responsibilities:
The Assistant Manager for Voice Network, Avaya Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the 24/7 operation of IBM Daksh's Voice Systems
You will be tasked with launching IT initiatives geared towards IBM Daksh's rapid expansion plan. You and your team will be responsible for ensuring high levels of service and voice quality
The Assistant Manager for Voice Network, Avaya Specialist will also be responsible for product upgrades and new strategies designed to further improve IBM Daksh's existing Voice infrastructure
Qualifications:
Candidate must have AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF AVAYA WORK EXPERIENCE
Candidate must have experience with any of the following:
CMS (Call Monitoring Software) such as NICE Systems, Witness, Verint
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) - any software
Linux / Unix platform
Candidate must have an appreciation for the interconnectivity between Applications, Telecom and Systems
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
Applicants may work in either Makati, Mandaluyong or Quezon City
