I know that Zinnia Towers is pre- sold but hey, you may want to look at their unit lay- outs, which I must say, are just great. This development project will rise in the heart of North Edsa, Quezon City. Just so you know, shopping malls, commercial establishments, learning institutions, and hospitals are within 3-5 kms away. Isn't that sweet? Going back to your question, they actually offer three types of 2- bedroom unit. These are:
    1. 2-BR w/ Balcony, Approx. gross area is 59 sqm
    2. Typical 2-BR w/ Balcony, Approx. gross area is 59 sqm
    3. 2-BR w/out Balcony, Approx. gross area is 50 sqm
Although dimensions and areas may vary based on actual site condition.

    I hope this helps.

Yeah. DMCI Homes has a bunch to choose from. And among those are Zinnia Towers and The Amaryllis. I believe that you opted for Quezon City because of its access to shopping malls, commercial establishments, learning institutions, as well as hospitals. Am I right?

You may also want to visit DMCI Homes' website, http://www.dmcihomes.com, for you to be aware of the other projects

Units are pre- sold and with DMCI Homes' offer of a discounted two-bedroom condo unit (complying with the new VAT Threshold, released by BIR), you will have no worries concerning money.

Kapag RFO, expect na mahal talaga. Kaya kung ako sa'yo, mag- invest ka na lang sa mga pre- sold condos. Mas mura at maraming advantages.

(Yehey!)

Baka may alam kayong good finds. I have some prospects na din kaya lang baka may mas makuha pa akong mas mura na ok din naman.
Mas mura kapag pre- selling, pero since you've insisted RFO spaces, ito ang maisa- suggest ko: Paloverde Tower, Dansalan Gardens. You may check out a listing of this in here: http://realestatemlsphilippines.com/...dy-residences/ or you visit it on DMCI Homes' website: http://dmcihomes.com

I'm sorry to interrupt the conversation, but isn't it there are particular risks associated with foreclosed properties? Also, how can you assure that a buyer would be wise in choosing, and eventually buying the property? Thank you.

5% Downpayment lang kailangan para makapag move in. Approximately asa 150K - 190K lang. The rest pwede ng hulugan parang rent to own yung payment scheme. Good deal to for rent to own na 2 tsaka 3 bedrooms.
I wonder what development is this one. Also, can you provide in depth information regarding this one. I truly trust DMCI Homes, and their developments. I actually happened to purchase a unit at The Amaryllis, located in Quezon City.

What other DMCI Homes developments that are located in/ nearby Makati? My bestfriend is looking for a place to live in, as his work is in the area. He resides in Cavite, and having to travel that long can sometimes become stressful.

meron kayang ganyan ngayon sa market?hehe.. medyo may kamahalan kasi yung mga nakikita kong rent-to-own ads..

Hello Ulberg. Yes, there are developments that actually qualify for your preferences. Anyhow, you must know that acquiring a quality- built condo unit has a corresponding good price. But surely, it’ll be worth it. I may suggest DMCI Homes to you, because they truly build up to par developments which acquire contemporary and easy designs. They also have themed- communities that you can choose from. Also, it isn’t all about how they create these concretes, but also establishing relationships with their residents.
