Don't eat too much sweets
Keep away from fish like tuna, mackarel, swordfish (because of possible mercury buildup)
For meats, make sure it's well cooked (no medium rare steaks otherwise you risk toxoplasmosis)
Lay off the junkfood
Lessen the sodium
Other than that keep a well balanced diet, drink lots of water.
