Hi! How's the Business Analyst post here in Accenture? Any idea regarding the position, the package, allowances, and the environment? How do they par against developers?

maliit nga yung offer. isa pa eh it's not worth the trouble na mag resign dito sa company ko.

about the mass lay-off issue, i think kaya nangyari yun dahil sa effect ng global economic issue nung time na yun. yung ibang stable companies nga na-bankrupt e.

pero 'yung mass layoff sa accenture, hindi ka naman lugi eh.. my pera na ibbigay.. tapos tutulungan ka nila maghanap ng work sa ibang BPO.. ieendorse ka mismo ng accenture.. tapos after 6months ata, sinimulan nila tawagan 'yung mga nalayoff para bumalik sa accenture..

Finance under what workforce? Pag under Enterprise, ang masasabi ko lang: magulo jan.

wow, that's kinda hard emotionally. are they expecting people to return (or are there people who did return eventually) after being laid off?

ive been working in accenture for almost more than 4 years. ang masasabi ko po, ok sya for entry level (or fresh graudates). maganda naman since maraming trainings at benefits (maganda HMO coverage nila.. so far wala pa kong nahahanap na company mas lalamang **)

napapaisip na rin ako mag leave ng company due to offer sa labas. nakaktempt eh. hehe. even though maliit talaga offer sa umpisa kaya lang binawi kasi sa benefits. so far ok sa akin ang accenture, but then again i attempt to leave due to financial needs..

HelloKittyGirl, try mo po ifollowup. medyo marami rin kasi applicants. and the company needs more it professionals... yung akin po kasi dati, it took 6months para iprocess. kung di ko naifollowup d po sya naprocess. hehe.

Just want to share that I failed the technical interview for team lead position( accenture just email me) My technical interview was conducted via Phone interview.

Comments ko ***. I think i did well in the interview. May bawas points po ba kapag phone interview ?(i cannot leave my current work due to tight deadlines)
