    naglalaro ka ng basketball di ba? kung matagal ka na naglalaro alam na saging ang isang paraan para maka-iwas sa pulikat. tama ka para sa potassium yun na nagpapaiwas pulikat pero kung pagod ka talaga hindi malayo pupuplikatin ka talaga

    Hydrate at least a day before any physical activity so you won't easily get dehydrated... Dehydration = cramps.

    saka kung lagi kang nakaupo dahil sa trabaho tapos hindi ka masyadong naglalakad-lakad, then maglalaro ka ng basketball malamang pupulikatin ka pa rin. kaya bago maglaro, mag warm up muna

    salamat mga repapips.. now i know.. kasi hindi ako palakain ng saging kaya siguro kahit mag warm up ako pinupulikat pa din ako... and lagi ako nakaupo sa office.. walang physical activities..

    oo kahit mga bata dito sa amin na nag babasketball alam yan..iwas yan sa pulikat..

    pero wag yung habang pinupulikat ka, kakainin mo yan..

    mas maganda kung magdadala ka ng maraming saging at ipapamigay mo before the game..

    proper stretching before the game at ang pinaka mabisa ay wag ka maglaro ng basketball.

    hahahaha... kahit kasi wala ako sa basketball court pinupulikat ako eh..
    kahit nasa kama lang ako pinupulikat ako..

    papamigay ko na lang yung saging pag makakalaro kita sa hardcourt..
