Does anyone know the difference between a regular CSR and and "advanced" CSR? Can't imagine the advanced CSR position for Dish.

Does anyone else know what account that position is for?

advanced CSR means you'll be handling both cs and tech concerns.

SPi Libertad handles ATT and Dish accts AFAIK.

ACSR basically means you will handle both customer service and tech support splits. Universal agent in other words. It's toxic, I must say, pero worth it kapag tumagal ka because mahahasa ka talaga.

I was hired at SPI Global, España site for local account (airline) specifically but during the contract, signing I declined the offer because they'd offer 10k basic only (taxable). Whew!

Makati site offers 16k for CSR/TSR post for international account (LAN).

pina ok sa dish network.. been there for 2mos.. 10500 per cutoff ko **** no cc experience.. mahirap **** *** account un nga lang.. acsr kasi position mo.. cs, tech and pti sales gagawin mo.. sa jupiter site *** sa makati n.garcia..

"Advance" agent means universal agent ka.You will handle almost every split
1. customer service - billing, promotions
2. tech support - troubleshooting, setup tech visit
3. collections - when the service gets interrupted
4. winback - must attempt to save customer before transferring to cancel dept

And it has CSAT which is a very big deal to the client and the management. Failing CSAT would lead to termination.

^^what i know mas marami non-voice sa spi pque. rotation shifts. meaning of rotation-i learned the schedule from a fellow pexer in another spi thread-pero analyst siya eh. it is 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am, 6am-2pm. may round the clock shuttle service sila. 3am-4am & 4pm-5pm break nun. salary is 12k or 15k (here kasi i'm not sure).
