Responsibilities:
Responsible for pro-actively coordinating and managing complex voice order lifecycle support for clients; commitments necessary to exceed client expectations by providing a single point of contact from receipt successful deliver; provide complex voice aftermarket ordering and service support; receive voice order of customers and validate the accuracy of the information provided; proactively maintain an understanding processes established for each step of life cycle, ensuring it is followed when needed.

Major Job Accountabilities

Voice Order Management – Proactively coordinate the day order lifecycle of various voice products while for clients and ensuring service commitments exceed client expectations while adhering to corporate and policies and procedures
Client Satisfaction – Establish an excellent working relationship with assigned client and continuously string level of overall service that West is providing
Research Assistance – Assist in resolving routine program quality issues by identifying issue(s) and research manner
Team Interfaces/Customer Service – Establish and maintain a professional relationship with internal/ external team members and department contacts


Knowledge

Customer service principles and practices
Methods of basic report preparation
Departmental operating procedures and policies
Local, Data and/ or Voice provisioning processes

Hiring Profile of Voice and Data Service Managers

College-graduate preferred but not required (work experience and competence may be substituted for degree)
Excellent computer and internet navigation skills

Excellent knowledge and adept in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
