As far as I know (unless binago na), applicants during report date are to fill out two copies of information sheet and both are signed by their own signatures. Time to grow up. You should have called OFAD or Dean's Office of your prospect college/faculty about this kung i-a-allow nila. Students/alumni here could only help so much but still hindi kami ang UST admin to give you replies with 100 percent accuracy.

Exactly. That's why applicants or their parents should have verified it with any appropriate office in the university regardless of the reason of unavailability of the applicant to be present on the report date. Kung pwede, that could only mean parents ang in-charge to confirm the slot for their son/daughter. As simple as that. Apparently, parang wala(?).

You owe it to the reader to explain at the outset why it may have to be your parent, instead of yourself, who would have to come on the day of confirming your slot in the college/course you were qualified for. Why? Because UST and most students therein expect candidate freshmen to be already capable at personally transacting their affairs with the University by themselves. Candidate freshmen who are accompanied by their parents are latently frowned upon or are seen as awkward. There's nothing really wrong about being accompanied so but then again it's just the way things are, is it not?

You said "sorry" but you gave yourself away as being insincere about it when you clinched your post with the comment "nag isip ka sana muna bago ka nag salita".

Finally, did you not receive from UST the letter-advice informing you what to bring on the appointed date of confirmation?

They were just a block during my time. Block = less than 50 students.

    Chemistry have 2.

    Psych have 4.

    Math have 5.

    Bio have 8.

so damn right. +10. By the way, if that letter-advice does not exist at all, if it does not contain what to bring on report date (which is quite far-fetched), if it has no complete and clear instruction/s for the applicant or the applicant until now has not yet received the said document, then OFAD might be judged as inefficient and/or ineffective. Just my two cents.

Advise lang, see if thats where your heart is. it's one thing to 'want' that program, another thing to love them germs for 4 years. i shifted after my first year. it's easy to lose the drive if your heart is not in it..
