Yup, he was my prof for Crim 1. Justice Sabio was a CA Justice and is generally considered as one of Ateneo's best Remedial Law Professors, particularly, for Crim Pro.

Atty. Vallente's nickname is Vanni.

2. Ang Public Prosecutor po ba ay pang criminal case lang, o pwede sa lahat ng uri ng kaso?

4. Pwede po ba mag prosper ang kaso kahit walang Private prosecutor ang litigant, at Public prosecutor lang?

5. Sino po ang nasusunod between sa Public at Private Prosecutor when it comes to decision making sa kung ano ang strategy sa hearing?
