Fully furnished na yung room (may 2 double deck with foams, may ref, aircon, stove, range hood, washing machine, etc.) Bale I need 3-4 persons para mas mura.. May swimming pool and gym na din sa condo, wifi zone, library, coffee shop and restaurant. If makakakumpleto ako ng 4 na tao magiging 4k (rough estimate) each tayo kasama na electricity and yung fee sa water.
