Hi. Unfortunately, Fujitsu Enterprise Solutions and our company, Fujitsu Philippines Inc. are running as separate entities/companies under the "Fujitsu brand" so I am not aware regarding the pay of their trainees, if that's what you are referring to. Here in our company, we give salaries to our employees even if they're undergoing trainings or just trainees. Hope this helps.
