    hi! im very interested in working at fujitsu. im an ECE graduate year 2006, not licensed. i worked in a call center and now seriously trying to have a career in IT especially in networking.
    actually i applied before in fujitsu way back 2007. i got through the exam but i messed up my interview (that was my first interview ever).

    anyway, im very interested in joining your bootcamp. i hope you guys still consider career shifters. i'd appreciate your reply. thanks!

    Just to give you an update on our current requirements, please see list below:

    1) BPCS (Business Planning & Control System) Support Engineer

    Business Planning and Control System (BPCS) is used as an ERP application in customer manufacturing sites in China.

    Key role is to provide BPCS application support to customer in China, assist regional team in providing related services and delivering on their commitment on projects.

    The role requires participation in resolution of issues and problems as required; these may be business related, BPCS functionality, or technical in nature. The role includes the delivery and participate in value add project/programs as directed.

    Scope of Work:
    - Takes responsibility for operations management (Incident management), security management in BPCS applications (Trouble shooting of technical issues and delivery of solution to fix the problem) – Tier 2 support.
    - Participate in BPCS related change management as a key member of the IT team - developing, delivering and implementing approved changes following SDLC.
    - Performs assigned IT projects and tasks, ensures completion and delivery of system on time.
    - Comply with customer standards.
    - Operate and keep BPCS and related systems in reliable and stable state through pro-active monitoring, housekeeping tasks and preventive maintenance,
    - Develops and maintain relevant technical competencies required to do the tasks.


    2) Data Analyst
    Qualifications:
    - should have a technical background
    - familiar with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
    - with experience already being a data analyst
    - amenable to work in Makati City
    - candidates who can start immediately are preferred but not required


    3) Quality Engineer
    Qualifications:
    - has experience on iQMS planning and implementation
    - familiar with dashboards and metrics measurements
    - very familiar to administer iQMS related initiatives as part of the service improvements
    - has previous experience in conducting audit

    Just to give you an update on our new & urgent requirements, please see list below:

    1) Project Manager
    Note: Employment - Probationary; Salary - Negotiable; Availability - ASAP to 1 month (preferred but not required)

    Scope of Work
    a) Perform project planning in regional related projects.
    b) Provide cross-functional coordination within region and if necessary work with US and Europe as required to effectively manage regional projects.
    c) Perform appropriate documentation and tracking of issues including resolution and closure.
    d) Make use of customer collaboration sharepoint site to publish project status, issues and resolution.
    e) Work with customer service managers and affiliates in resolving issues that may affect project schedule and timely delivery.
    f) Ensure and maintain quality project delivery including appropriate documentation like developing project plan, schedule, tracking lists and reports.
    g) Provide status reporting of all assigned projects to appropriate stakeholders and members on regular and agreed frequency.
    h) Assist customer in managing customer expectations while delivering projects on time.

    Skills
    a) At least 10-years experience on project management practice.
    b) Preferably with PMP certification but not mandatory.
    c) 5-years experience on remote project management in a multi-national environment.
    d) Strong interpersonality and effective communications skills.
    e) Must have done or completed multiple projects simultaneously.
    f) Projects implemented much more on infrastructure with small percentage on application development and deployment.
    g) Bachelor related degree is preferred
    h) Knowledge and experience on Pharma related business process
    i) Excellent documentation skills
    j) Proficient problem solving and analytical skills


    2) Quality Engineer

    • Support the iQMS manager with iQMS tasks as they arise

    • Project manage implementation of EIS and EIS-J Personnel Qualification
    • 1st line review of EIS and EIS-J documents prior to iQMS signature after submission by Service Managers
    • Administer LEADS training reports
    • Administer EIS and EIS-J LEADS ITP content for staff
