Well I can't speak much about VOice and Data kasi Local ang department ko. Pero yeah, sabi nila mahirap ang trabaho but if you're someone who is used to something like 100 calls a day with metrics like AHT, CSAT, etc. Then you will find the job here relatively easy. It's not toxic at all. Masaya. Paraiso sa isang hamak na kagaya ko.

I think ang sinasabi ni peekaboos ay ang West contact Services, yun yung call center. Ang inapplyan mo I think maxmiller is sa West Business Services (WBS), which is a different line of business altogether. Sa WBS, yung term na "voice" doesn't mean that it's like an agent position na magko calls ka. In the cc sense of the word, hindi voice ang trabaho sa WBS. I could say na hindi tlaga call center ang WBS. mahirap i explain, but you will know when you get here.
