    Well I can't speak much about VOice and Data kasi Local ang department ko. Pero yeah, sabi nila mahirap ang trabaho but if you're someone who is used to something like 100 calls a day with metrics like AHT, CSAT, etc. Then you will find the job here relatively easy. It's not toxic at all. Masaya. Paraiso sa isang hamak na kagaya ko.

    I think ang sinasabi ni peekaboos ay ang West contact Services, yun yung call center. Ang inapplyan mo I think maxmiller is sa West Business Services (WBS), which is a different line of business altogether. Sa WBS, yung term na "voice" doesn't mean that it's like an agent position na magko calls ka. In the cc sense of the word, hindi voice ang trabaho sa WBS. I could say na hindi tlaga call center ang WBS. mahirap i explain, but you will know when you get here.

    Haha. Naexplain naman sya sakin ni sir PJ, nung nag final interview sakin pati si Carlo. And di na talaga ako sanay sa mga AHT or CSAT or even break scheds. More than 2 years na ko sa back office work. Haha

    yan ang emphasis ni sir pj nung interview ko.. kala ko kasi non-voice back office work eto.. so medjo inde maganda simula ng interview kasi pinaulit ulit nya na inde non voice at not pure back office...
    E ako nga nung ininterview ni sir PJ as in paulit ulit kami. Haha. Mga nakatatlong ikot kasi sa customer/client question na yan. At, nagisa pa ako dahil sa sagot ko nung unang part ng interview. Half way along the interview nga akala ko bagsak na ko e. Inaantay ko nalang na sabihin nyang, "sorry, but you didn't pass".
