oo nga daw...eniway good shot naman ako sa west noon.... I was one of the top sales agents bago ako nag transfer sa iba..... ha ok na rin ....27k.... mag eexam ba uli pag rehire ka? hmmp by the way saan ko ba dapt ipasa yung Letter....dito sa pioneer o doon sa export bank?

same process din pag rehire, export bank po lahat pag recruitment.. attach mo lang sa resume mo *** letter of intent.

galing ako ng West kanina, sa Makati. Hindi pala siya one day process kapag yung WBS ang inaaplayan mo. puro exam at essay tapos tatawagan ka nalang pag okay yung results. Hindi nga ako nakapag initial interview manlang e. ang gara ng proseso, di ako sanay, akala ko one day processing lang. tapos yung nag aassist sa exams mukang masungit. nagtanong ako tapos nung sinagot ako hindi nakatingin sakin at may pagkairita sa tone of voice. wow! hahaha

Yup, ganun talaga, normally second stage is...

they will call you for initial interview, and will schedule you right after for a FINAL INTERVIEW. Sometimes, sa phone lang gingawa ang intial interview.

Lalaki ba yung nagassist sa exam? Ganun talaga sya, mukhang masungit, pero mabait yun.

yup, almost everyone is being scheduled for an interview, don't be bothered if they say they'll just contact you through email or phone, they do call if you pass or fail.

upon application no, but upon hire, COE is one of the major requirements, you cn present quit claim tho'

they filter the applicants, some applicants are TL from other BPO's and for a 27k package, i doubt there's a company who'd have a day hiring for that post. Usually they call a week after your exam, 2 weeks the maximum.

Sir, hanggang Feb 22 na lang ba ang hiring dito? I am interested to apply and about to resign in a month. Di ba aabot ng 1st week of March? I've been working in a CC for almost four years, and from what I heard, this is a back office job tama ba? Kung tama, di ko na magiging problema yung magiging trabaho kasi yun ang current job ko, ang problema ko na lang is the application. @pushbacker: OK, apply na kayo, kasi matagal ang process, ang magagwa nyo lang is exam and business writing, basta *** business writing parang mga letter lang ng MEralco, banko at kung ano ano pang businesses. hehe.

may mga essay din, theyl check gano ka kaarticulate, and concise sa pagcompose ng thoughts.
