Si Hassan Addams was suppose to be an import na papalit sa role ni Sol Mercado.Pero sa ngayon mukhang siya pa ang humahatak pababa sa team.

Parang medyo too late na rin para magpalit ng import.Siguro gamble na lang talaga na hindi nila ito pinalitan after the dismal performance against Gilas.

Katulad ng sugal, mukhang talo ang kinalabasan nito on the part of RoS.

Puedeng hindi na tuloy makapasok sa play-offs ang RoS,pero skahit paano maganda na rin ang pinakikita ng mga locals nila.

Ang isa pang problem ng Ros ay medyo imbalance din ang team.


Kulang sila sa 1 ,4 at 5 na position.Tapos andami nilang 2, at 3.

May 1st team sila na maganda naman ang line-up pero medyo undersized sa 4, at 5.

5 - Kramer -Hardworker, aggresive, pero medyo maliit as a center .Nasa 6'5 or 6'4 lang yata ito.

4 - Larry Rodriguez - scrappy player, hardworker din,pero at 6'3 maliit din para sa 4 position

3- Norwood -PG ang laro nito sa college sa US,pero puede siya talaga as a wingman.Tama ang height niya sa 3 at 6'4

2 - Arana at Buenafe -Arana is hardworker din, medyo mailiit na para sa 2,pero masipag na player.Ito ang mga gusto ni Yeng na i-coach.

Buenafe - scorer,big para sa 2, small para sa 3.Medyo siya ang missing sa rotation.Hindi pa lumalabas ang laro niya with the RoS.Baka next conference ay maka-adjust na siya.

1- Tang - excellent PG.Ang problem, wala siyang altenate na natural pointguard sa team.Si Jazul ay dini-develop pa lang(2-guard ito sa NCAA).Si Uyloan ay rookie point guard din.

Ang iba pang players ay undersize din

Belga - medyo mataba(understatement).Duda ako sa mobility niya,lateral movement at jumping ability.He should trim down his weight some more.6'4 ay maliit paar sa 5.

Ferriols - 4 ang laro niya,pero mas natural 3 ito.

J.Cruz - 4, at 5 ang laro niya noong nasa UST siya,pero at 6'2 kahit sa wingman ay medyo maliit siya.

J.Ibanez - masipag din na player ,pero dahil sa dami ng 2-guard sa RoS ay hindi na siya minsan makapaglaro.

Jazul - PG ang laro niya,pero natural 2 ito(small para sa 2 sa PBA).Puedeng ma-develop as a PG pero matatagalan pa.

Matias - another 2 guard.3 ang position niya,pero maliit siya dun.He is 6'2 lang yata.

Uyloan - Rookie PG na undrafted.katulad ni Jazul , matatagalan pa bago lumitaw ang full potential nito.

Vanlandingham - Plays the 3,pero at 6'3 at medyo manipis ang katawan, talagang maliit siya para sa position.

Na kay Yeng Guiao na ang desisyon kung sino ang gusto niyang i-build ang team at hindi na nasa management ,unlike iyong nangyari sa Red Bull at Air 21.

Naniniwala ako na kailangan pa ng ilang panahon(maybe as early as next year) para mabuo niya ang team na talagang championship caliber.Iyong RedBull noong year 2000 ay eliminated din kaagad,pero nang following year 2001 ay nakakuha na sila ng championship.

Kung madelop niya si Jazul at Uyluan as competent PG, at least mababawasan ang pressure kay Tang.Kung papayat si Belga(may HIMALA!!!) OK din.Kung makakahanap pa sila ng at least 2 natural PF/C na hindi undersized ,mas mabuti.

Ito siguro ang pinaplano na ni Yeng.

At kung hindi lang nirayuma si Adams, malamang ay siguradong nasa playoffs na sila ngayon.

ano ba talaga height ni jervy cruz? kahapon nanood ako ng pba live eh kasing laki lang siya ni arana at mas matangkad si vanlandingham sa kanya. sayang, humble pa naman at masipag maglaro kaso sobrang undersized.

6'4 1/2 si jervy. nakita ko to nagsimba sa pagasa. di ganon katangkad for a forward. kasing tangkad nya lang classmate ko dati sa ayala na 6'4 din. pero hes really a combo forward pwedeng pwede sa ginebra kaso ewan ko kung papakawalan to ng ros.

about beau belga. hes maybe fat but hes proving wrong against his critics.. pinanis nya si rabah alhussaini. making rabah the fatter one and the immobile one.. finafake nya sa labas. drive to the basket against rabeh. grabe si beau belga.. siguro yeng guiao saw that even beau belga is heavy on his weight he can control it.. at ang mabigat pa dto ang bilis nya for that position. nakakasabay sya kay joe devance.

may loop holes naman yung pag suspend sa ref eh.. let say suspended nga sila ng 1 game, eh kung more than enough naman yung binayad sa kanila sa pagbenta nila ng 1 game eh...edi ganun din. parang di rin sila nawalan kahit masuspend sila....
sana lang may limit yung pag suspend.... let say umabot ng 2.warning na for termination.... then sa pang 3rd, terminated na.
