sorry loss by RoS, Air21's import was just too much for them, the lack of scouting on him(being his first PBA game and all) may have hurt RoS' gameplan as well

i really do think yeng guiao is the destroyer of good teams.. from redbull he transfered after air21 marquee players was gone he was transfered.. i really do think yeng guiao has conivance with smc corporation as he is the one whos developing their players. now he perceieved ROS management particularly raymund yu that he can give ROS some competent basketball by just giving him the authority to trade players.. then again he traded jr reyes who was a big piece in air21 roster.. who we know air21 is now with smc corporation.. he traded sol mercado a fiery scorer.. we all know that beau belga is underrated 6'5 center and ronnie matias for all we know how the hell does guiao want matias when they have norwood..

expect gabe norwood to be traded to smc corporation as yeng guiao is a secret alliance to the smc corporation..

tingnan nyo ros. kung talgang malakas bakit sa power house teams taob sila. di pa nila nakakalaban alaska and smb.. mas madudurog sila lalo.

poor ROS management hope they realized that guiao is just ruining their ROS team trading big man jr reyes and sol mercado.. that is just pure BS .

it was posted on the first page that Yeng never really wanted Sol and JR out of their line-up. It had something to do more with Caloy Garcia whom I think is very close to the RoS owners and Sol feuding with him. JR was just tugged along in order for the trade to work through.

Without Sol, RoS' line-up is actually pretty thin. at 1 they have Arana.... then Jazul, who can never really be depended for contributions, and theres Tang. their best player at the 2 is Chan who is the very definition of a streaky shooter. sadly, he is more frozen than hot. at 3 they have Gabe Norwood, who has yet to prove that he is a top caliber PBA player, at 4 they have some pretty decent players here, LRod,Kramer,Jervy Cruz but all these guys would no way start at the 4 in other teams. at 5 they have Beau Belga.

It will take time, these guys are still pretty young(the average age of RoS is actually younger than Smart Gilas'). What was Cabagnot doing when he was at the same age as these guys?
the key word here is time, some guys just have exceptional talent(Sol), some would take time to develop(Jonas Villanueva) while some, unfortunately just wont develop at all(JR Reyes) only time will tell which guys are which.

Hinahanap ko si Beau Belga dyan sa pic and then i realized...

Sayang ang 3-0 start kung hindi makakapasok sa playoffs. RoS should begin working hard.

Bakit naman hindi pa sinibak ng RoS ang import nila na si Hassan(Nasaan?) Addams.

Ito ang main culprit kung bakit sila natatalo in the last 4 games.

Noong sa TnT,maganda ang laro ng 1st half, tapos ng 2nd half ay ibinangko na dahil masakit daw ang likod o balkang yata(rayuma?).Tambak tuloy sila.

Noong sa Gilas ay halos absent din.14 point lang yata ang score nito.

Sa laro sa Air 21, tinalo naman ng import na si Bangura.

At sa laro sa Ginebra ay katiting lang ang na-i-contribute ng import na ito.Mas nakakahabol pa ang team sa lamang ng kalaban kapag nasa bangko siya.

Maganda na ang ikot ng bola among the locals sa RoS, dahil madalas ay may ma-open na shooter.Iyon nga lang hindi maka-shoot ang mga designated na shooter ila like Chan or Jazul.

Pero knowing the system of Yeng Guiao, mas gugustuhin nito na subukan mo na i-shoot ang bola from the outside basta ma-open ang player niya,kesa makita niyang mag-hesitate sila.

Ganoon ang paraan niya sa pag-develop ng mga shooters.Kahit nagmimintis madalas, basta open,huwag mag-hesitate.

Sa ngayon mas madalas ang mintis ,kaya nagtatalo sila lately.

Ito ang 2nd culprit(far 2nd), kng bakit sila natatalo.
