Sketching.. Drawing?

Does anyone else spend their days sketching and drawing and doodling?
May sketchbook ka ba? Notebook?

Ako, may mga spiral notebooks ako. At pens and markers and pencils.
I like drawing cubes, leaves, and manga. You guys?

My mediums are charcoal and pencils. I do portraits. I missed the days when the back of my notebook were full of my doodles and drawings. Tinatawag na ako ng teacher para magrecite hindi ko pa rin naririnig kasi drawing ako ng drawing hehehhe!

Wakoko. I like Photoshop and Painter too, but I still doodle.
I can't do charcoal at all, I have no gifts. Kainggit, pare.

Just started pencil shading and studying colored pencil drawing.

I´m into portrait too...more on pencil-mas colorful para sa akin ang black,gray and white sa papel... Pinagkakakitaan ko ang pagdra-drawing when I was still studying, mas napupuyatan pa ako sa drawing kesa sa mga assignments at projects ko before
That was before...kinda loosing the urge to draw na andami kong drawings na on hold at di matapos-tapos

@bambisbambi - hahahah parehong pareho talaga tayo! maraming naumpisahan, walang matapos-tapos 2 of my unfinished works are KIMI Raikkonen and Edison Chen. 2-3 years na yatang nasa easel ko yung dalawa, ayun daan-daanan ko lang. And we already move from one place to another but can't still find the right mood to finish them. Nahahati kasi sa photography, figure customizing, at clay sculpting ang attention ko (in short - it's my avatar). Medyo nawawala na din ang urge ko magdrawing just like you. I only grab the pencil pag may mga school drawings na kailangan ang anak ko at nephew.

@fortnightwinter - I also started drawing animes. I discovered the skill when I was in Gr.6. If you know the anime CandyCandy that's what started it for me. Hanggang ngayon, if I'm doodling stuffs malaki ang influence ng anime sa sketches ko. Heheh I don't know kung pano ako nakapasa sa pagawaan ng schoolbooks with my anime style drawing

if you are into markers&pens mas mahirap yata yan. kasi you can't erase markers and pens hehehhe! Saludo ako sa yo dyan. It's like typing without the backspace key...

It's been a longwhile since I interracted with fellow artists. Post naman kayo ng "masterpieces" nyo o, or anything that you made.

Okay I'll start the 'pencil' rolling......

I made these drawings 20++ years ago, when I got soooooo crazy reading thick japanese comic books. I'm so jealous of their artworks I have to get the 'itch' out of my system and do my own. Pasensya na kung very crude kasi those were the days when I'm stll learning the ropes of anime (hinde pa 'anime' ang tawag noon hehehhe)'

A mix of pen, markers and a little bit of watercolor.

ang tagal ko nang di nakakapag drawing ng di digital i kinda lost my interest too. but i want to start doing a visual journal.

sa software naman, i use Autodesk Sketchbook Pro.

right, parang ang hirap na talaga magdrawing ng di digital. Mabigat na ang pencil kesa mouse heheheh!

Dati expert ako sa Freehand kaya lang I lost the touch. Nkakagawa pa ako ng 3d na airplane if my boss ordered me so. Ewan ko ba, my mind completely went blank. Ngayon takot na takot ako sa photoshop. naooverwhelm ako sa dami ng tools. Today I just dabble in 1/6 figure photography (gawaing tamad hehehhe).
