I wanted to help kaya lang the High school I know is in Region IV-B. They have their own curriculum for Journalism - Special Project for/in Journalism where students are trained in being journalists from 1st yr to 4th yr high school. They still get to take other subjects but main focus ahy ang Journalism class and I think to aid this, they also have multiple English subjects per year.

Immaculate Conception Cathedral School offers this as an elective. Started around 2006, I believe. They used to offer this to second year high school students, two meetings per week (I think? I've forgotten, haha!) then, ayun, when I graduated in 2010, they offered it to first year students na. Nagpalit naman. Public Speaking kasi dati sa first year students, ngayon ginawa nilang journalism and inakyat yung PS sa second years. (Okay, though hindi mo naman kailangan yung details na yon. Haha.)
