Accenture is the biggest. Benefits wise sobrang ok. Dami nilang accounts but mostly back office. I would say their front office pays more pa rin.
If you have previous call ctr experience, you might have noticed that some expats in your company were from Accenture working as IT consultants. Ganun sila kalaki and reliable.

Bakit hindi kayo mag bilingual agents? Pinaka mababa na ang 30k. Mag aral kayo ng foreign language para hindi mag inarte sa sahod. Kung ayaw nyo, work kayo sa ibang industry. Yung hindi call center para magamit nyo naman pinag aralan nyo.
Ikaw nga nag-iinarte, gagastos ka pa mag-aral magbilingual e call center din bagsak mo diba,? FYI sa call center/BPO company pinakamataas pasahod, nasa 48.9% ngayon ang unemployed rate kung walang call center baka umabot pa yan ng 80%.
