So true! I thought exaggeration lang, pero totoo nga8 hours or more for one major subject alone. Ang stressful! Mas lalo na kapag nasabihan ka pa ng hurtful comments ng prof. Haha sanayan lang at patibayan ng loob. XD Enjoy naman, despite the hardship
Kaya 'to! Sana mas marami pang mag-law! It is very fun!
Kuya Malcolm, mag-LAE ka na! See you in Malcolm Hall, your namesake.
Meiyingwang, where do you study?Naguiguilty ako I sleep pa rin kaya hindi ko natatapos cases
I always pray that I won't get called sa recits HAHA
Aimark, nag-law ka rin pala! Saan? Ako nahihirapan kasi hindi ako galing ng UP nung undergrad ko. Iba sistema. And the profs! Recits! Exams!
Persons and Family Law siguro pinakamahirap kasi may orals, tapos nakakalimutan ko siyempre 'yung cases and the doctrines in them (sa dami ba naman!) and provisions ng Civil Code and Family Code. Criminal Law din mahirap ang examSobrang analysis, hindi lang nga memorization... I feel stupid sometimes huhuhu
Anyway, kayo? How is law school?Lapit na LAE season!

Haha we have a similar subject, Legal Method. Pinabasa sa amin ang La Bugal B'laan case (fck this case sobrang haba huhuhuhu one SCRA book na siya!!) and ten other cases for one day, tapos yung statutory construction part ang short lang! Pero tatanungin ka pa ng procedural history to prove that you read the entire case! Why do we care about procedural history?! WHY?!
. Be organized, know who to study with, manage your time, pay extra attention in class, if possible, try to research and don't satisfy yourself with one source only. What really determines if you are prepared for the rigors of law school is you and your burning interest. It helps A LOT if you can fight through voluminous readings. Nursing can help you, of course. Not necessarily the substantial "nursing" knowledge & skills you gained from nsg school (obviously hehe), probably the good habits, the core values, etc. Sometimes, in understanding cases and situations, your acquired profound compassion helps you see important aspects, etc. Nah, kahit anong undergrad mo, it will help you
