i had the same experience before..I failed interviews din..luckily I passed in an inhouse call center for credit cards. Local account nga lang to build up my experience then eventually applied to cc na international accounts. I suggest if you are having difficulty in speaking in english na just expose yourself to the language like watch movies in english or watch youtube vlogs and imagine yourself talking to them and eventually you'll pick up the language. And another tip if you can have foreigner friends like on the internet you can skype them and talk to them and you can practice english there. far shot i know but that's what I did lol

Ganun talaga, pero tiyagaan lang yan try and try parin. Tsaka tandaan mo yung mga areas of opportunities or yung mga dapat mong i-improve, usually sasabihin yan sayo nang nag interview or nasa regret paper.

i would highly suggest na manod ka ng english movies parati. kahit nasa bahay ka lang mag eenglish ka. kausapin mo yung pamilya sa english.. english music din would help a lot.. lalo na yung mga rap na mabibilis, nakakadulas ng dila..

    sana matanggap kn.. God bless

oh btw, make sure na everytime na iinterviewhin ka, ur ready... wag bara bara... magbasa ka ng usual q&as online.. my mga tips..

I like raps hehehe.

Thank you so much! Mabuhay!

try and try dude!..learn from your previous interview..and always remember, base your answers on the company's prospective.Ofcourse it's good to be honest when we say that we need financial support for our families and our own need. But companies don't care about this things. What they care about is what you can do for them and what you can contribute..Try to focus on making them see that they need you.

    I'm wishing you luck!^_^

I've been applying to several companies with different timeframes.. HR's prioritize morning applicants because they are the ones who are most willing to be in that company.

Anyways try to answer some of the basic interview questions with a pen and a piece of paper. Write it down and memorize some keywords, get it from there. It help me a lot!

Hi. Ako rin, I'm tired of failing.

By the way, she speaks english fluently. Samantalang ako, ayun, taglish. Argh!

Hay I really need to practice...

and yes, confidence is the key. wag mo ipakita na intimidated ka sa interviewer. sell yourself - your skills, abilities, achievements.

then try to communicate as if you're just telling a story to the interviewer. not a q&a type of conversation only. wag yung tipong isang tanong isang sagot lang. sometimes, it would be better kung sabihin mo na lahat. wag mo na antayin na itanong pa sayo. say, yung mga job experiences mo from previous dates to the current one.

i remember, one interview question i had before. the interviewer asked me "why should we NOT hire you?". he asked me that with a sarcastic smile. i confidently answered him this, "if you don't need someone who has an excellent communication and customer service skills, then you should NOT hire me. and/or if you don't need someone that could contribute big time to your company's growth, then you should not hire me."

^dati I tried talking to myself in front of a mirror, I ask myself random questions (possible questions sa interview), tapos sasagot ako, I make sure with confidence sagot ko, tinitignan ko sarili ko sa mirror kung mukha ba kong ***** sumagot or what. hehe.

and would you believe, next day I was hired at ang random questions na tinanong ko sa sarili ko ay tinanong ng final interviewer

If you are having a hard time communicating in english, try "thinking" in english. For example, may nakita kang kotse sa daan, ipaliwanag mo sa isip mo in english kung ano ang kotse, like "car is a four-wheeled vehicle used by blah blah". tip yan samin ng voice trainer namin dati. kahit anong makita mo, ipaliwanag mo sa isip mo in english.

    practice ka lang mag english..

ako nung ininterview ako putol putol english ko, mahina soft skills ko, pero sa kadahilanang technical account ang inaapplayan ko, hindi nila masyado iniintindi yun, ang focus nila is kung masasagot mo or hindi, fluent ka man mag english or hindi as long nasagot mo yung question nila pasok ka.. swerte ko napunta ako dito sa company na to, after ko masagot yung mga technical questions, sinabi sakin na improve pa yung soft skills ko, thats why they have a training, the best part is paid training to, hindi allowance... so far so good, na enhance na soft skills ko.. pili ka lang ng tamang company... by the way fresh graduate ako
