• Financial Assistance (sponsorship) to obtain the following:
  Remediation, if needed
  Visa Screen and certification

FOR OTs

• Financial Assistance / reimbursement for successful completion of TOEFL and NBCOT
• US H-1B (cap or non-cap)
• Generous salary package -- $35 per hour at selected areas (or whatever is the prevailing wage in your state of assignment)
• An attractive relocation package that includes airfare, 1-2 months housing and allowance
• An excellent benefits package such as paid-time off, medical and dental insurance, and many others
• Petition for Green Card on the first year of employment in the US

VISA
Passport USA typically processes physical therapists under H1-B, cap or non-cap whichever is appropriate

2 PROCESSING OPTIONS (for PTs)
A. If accepted to a US state that issues temporary license
Get NPTE using H1b visa while working as PT under supervision of a licensed PT
B. If accepted to a US state that does not issue temporary license
Take the NPTE using a tourist visa, then go back to the Philippines. If successful, will file for H1B and the PT will go to the US as a licensed PT

For OTs – should be NBCOT passer and VISA to be issued is H1-B

REQUIREMENTS

• Local Board Passer
• TOEFL-IBT Passer
• 6+ Months of Recent Clinical Experience

PREFFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• FCCPT Type 1 Certificate or CGFNS VisaScreen
• NPTE/NBCOT passed
• OTED Certificate

BONUS FOR CREDENTIALED APPLICANTS

• PT or OT Candidates with Visa Screen certificate - $1,500
• Candidates with passed NPTE or NBCOT examination - $3,500 + $500 per approved US state license
• Candidates with passed NPTE or NBCOT examination and TOEFL - $4,000
• Candidates with passed NPTE and VISA SCREEN - $ 5,000

50% of the bonus will be given upon issuance of visa and 50% upon completion of 3 months in the US as RPT!!!!!

LONG TERM CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

• Unrestricted opportunities upon completion of 3-year contract:
• Work as a traveling PT
• Accept another long-term assignment with Passport USA
• Identify a "permanent" employment opportunity in the US.
• We file your Green Card petition after your complete the first year of your contract

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAMS
FOR PTs / OTs working under Passport USA who would refer another PT(s) or OTs
$1,000 annual bonus for every referred therapist also working for PPUSA in the US on an active qualifying assignment

FOR NON-PTs who would refer PTs to Passport USA
Receive a bonus of up to $1000 for each successful referred PTs
