I went here last week and i failed on the initial interview. I don't want to lift my own bench, but i guess i did very well during the interview, and still i didn't make it. So what the TS is claiming na "madali lang talaga makapasok, you don't need to be good in english, don't need to be fast in typing" stuff is not that true at all. Meron iba dun hindi na umabot sa initial interview kase bagsak na agad sa typing test. Yung iba naman pasado sa typing test, bagsak naman during the interview. And before the interview, i talked to this people and i can say na ok din naman yung english nila. Pero di pa rin sila nakapasa. Most of us applied for the back-office position (non-voice), so we thought hindi na priority yung pagiging fluent (slang) sa english. Pero hindi pala, kelangan pa rin nila ng magaling sa english, just like other call centers out there. Ang nakita ko lang na ok dun is hindi nga sila EOP dun (English Only Policy), just like what the TS said. Pero yung hindi nila kelangan ng magaling sa english para matanggap, well im not sure about that. So sa mga nagtatanong pa dyan kung kelangan ba talaga magaling sa english... my answer is YES. Kahit na back-office pa yan, this is still a call center company, so kelangan pa rin talaga fluent ka sa english.

To TS, sir i'm just sharing lang what happened to me and just expressing my POV. I hope hindi po ako naka-offend sa thread mo. Maybe kaya ka rin nakapasa is you're very good in english, plus, may CC experience ka pa, kaya ayun they hired you. Baka feeling mo lang di ka magaling sa english, pero baka para sa kanila ok ka kaya ka siguro nakuha. IMHO lang po ito ah..

sorry for the very late reply.

nawalan kami ng kuryente, 2 weeks. you guys won't believe it. hehe. at wala na rin akong oras mag-net. dahil nga walang kuryente. nagbasa lang ako ng grisham gamit ang kandila for 2 weeks.

sa mga hindi ko narereplyan sa text at sa PMs. anyway, salamat sa mga interested at sa mga nag-apply.

neutronz, I'm sorry hindi ka nakapasa. Honestly, hindi ako makapag-comment sa experience mo. Why? I have this officemate, well, batchmate, who does not speak good english. As in barok. as in. hindi ako magaling, pero lalong hindi ako nagagalingan sa kanya. He is irritating, buraot pa and all that stuff. And he's too confident in everything. I can't tell him what I think about him because that might hurt his feelings and might affect his performance. And of course, I'd rather keep this to myself. Performance-wise, he is not even that good. Pero nakapasok sya.

Di ko sya sinisiraan. Sinasabi ko lang dito kung bakit ko nilagay sa post na "madali lang makapasa". Di naman ako magaling mag english, hindi rin ako graduate. Kung hindi ka natuloy, baka may mas maganda pang mangyayari sayo.
