PURE NON VOICE - Back Office Position (Data Entry)

APAC cubao is looking for back-office agents. Non-voice. as in. Data entry lang. Good thing is, 3rd batch pa lang ako. Magha-hire sila ng 500 agents next year at baka mapuno before february. So, kung maaga ka mag-aapply, malaki chance na maging QA, Supervisor (Team Leader) or Trainer ka. Sobrang dali lang ng account at yun na nga, malaki ang chance ma-promote. Also, madali lang talaga makapasok. You don't need to be good in english, don't need to be fast in typing.

Pwede kang mag-internet sa pantry
Pwedeng magdala ng ipod/mp3 sa floor
Walang hassle sa customer service
Walang hassle sa AHT
Walang hassle sa inconsistent feeling pag maganda ang call at pag pangit ang call

Para kang lang nagca-calls, pero 8hrs na AVAIL.

Some of the things that I like about the company/acct:

Dressdown - yes. Wag lang tipong shorts at sando at tsinelas.
Ipod – for the nth time, ang sarap magtrabaho habang nagpapatugtog ng favorite music
SM/Gateway/Alimall/shopwise/MRT/LRT – kahit saan ka magpunta, makakapag mall ka at makakauwi ka (badtrip nga lang itataas na daw yung prices ng fare sa mrt/lrt)
MOGWAI / cubao expo – after shift sessions? Walang problema dyan! Since morning shift madalas, hindi masa-sacrifice ang so-called social life mo.
CR- pag bigla kang tinawag ni Arthur Macarthur, you can be there without finishing the call (since it is, again, non voice)
FOOD – mura lang ang pagkain, siguro p45-p48, ulam at rice na, tapos hindi lang basta ulam ha… ULAAAAM.
EOP- EO pow! Hehe. Di kailangan EOP (English Only Policy) sa floor.

Do they accept applicants with no call center experience?

Yes, they accept applicants with no call center experience. Most of my officemates do not have call center experience, do not speak good in english and are really slow in typing. (hindi naman sa nangdi-discriminate ako. Im just telling you that if you think you dont have a chance to get hired in a call center, try apac first!)

One thing I can tell you, the job is very hassle-free. Most likely the opposite of taking calls. You can listen to music even while you are working (using earphones or speaker, so your officemates can listen to your music too).

Ganito rin almost ang setup sa present non-voice BPO job ko kaya lang yung TL ay power tripper sent straight from hell.
