    Kanata International Legit?

I just had a nursing review at a review center in Pampanga and during the review, this center was passing out flyers for KANATA INTERNATIONAL Visa and Immigration Specialist Co. (located in Makati and Pampanga). They are claiming they can help clients get to Canada as immigrants within 4-6 months as long as clients' documents were complete and not fake.

Honestly, it seems good to be true, and I was wondering if anyone on here knew anything about this immigration consultancy company.
Is this company LEGIT or is it making false advertisement?

Any information regarding it would be of great help.

    Thank you in advance!

Side note: this is their website: http://www.kanataivisc.com/

sabi mu nga ang claim nila "as long as clients documents were complete and not fake". e kung complete at hindi fake ang documents, why not do it yourself. kung ang claim nila ay 4-6 months. im sure kung ikaw mismo mg apply less than that pa abutin.

According to other people and the company itself, they have connections. Shouldn't it be quicker going through them?
side note: The company is not a recruitment agency, they are a consultancy agency.

Recruitment agency or consultancy firm are the same. They'll represent you and you pay them. Anong pinagkaiba ng dalawa?

    Read this:

    http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/informa...tive/index.asp

You do not need to hire an immigration representative. It is up to you. Your application will not be given special attention or guaranteed approval if you use a representative.

All the forms and information that you need to apply for a visa are available for free on this website. If you follow the instructions in the application guide, you can complete the application forms and submit them on your own.

Don't waste your money in paying a representative. All they do is collect your documents, put it an envelope and mail it. That's it! You would be the one that would produce and complete the requirements. The procedure for any Canadian immigration process is clear and straight-forward. Just do some readings:

    http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp

If you have questions, you could post it to Canadian Immigration Forum:

wala ka pa naman babayaran sa orientation di ba? kung wala, okay lang pumunta at baka may matutunan ka.

dun sa consultancy services nila, magkano kaya ang sisingilin nila? i'm with sleepless105 on this: do it on your own. I don't really see the advantage of going through them. they say they have connections inside, but we can't verify that. the only thing that's sure here is that they'll be getting money from you.

no! do not try to apply with them! bad reputation and all are lies! just try to browse the net, and you will see! just key in the name of the agency.

And since Kanata International seems like a boo-hoo scam, may alam ba kayong legal na agency? sorry ang daming tanong!
Alam ko may mas extensive na discussion pa diyan, just back read na lang. HTH.

Now this is very dodgy indeed. No consulting firm can ever lay claim to something like that. IMO, it's just a ploy to get you to shell out an arm and a leg in consultancy fees.

Karamihan ng ganyang orientation may bayad. Dati mga P300 to P500.00 / head. Not sure how much now.

It's one way for them to earn some pin money.

I just want to answer some questions bout kanata/qwest (andami nilang names, baka ngayun me bago na nmn)
    1. take it from me. me bayad its 1k. bayad yan sa orientation lang. wag mo na lang puntahan to play safe, para nd ka na matempt to apply thru their agency.
    2. yes pepekehin nila ang docs mo. ganyan ginawa samin.
    3. they do not have connections. they'll just print 2 to 3 pages of job offer from an agency kuno, pero sa totoo lang walang job offer. you will still undergo d same process na naklagay sa websites ng Canada or US.
    4. its a shame din sa agency nila, mas marami pang alam ang mga pipol dito sa forum abt sa procedure ng applic, kesa sa kanila.
    5. and one more thing, napapansin ko lang sa mga forums na napupuntahan ko, me mga tao silang nandun, na would say try mo, or its ok nmn dun.nd ko alam kung panu nakaktulog ang mga taong ganito, lalo na kapwa pinoy ang niloloko.
    6. do it on your own na lang. madamimg pinoy dito sa forum na willing tumulong w/out fees

i hope nd madelete ang info ito for the sake of our kapwa pinoy, para nmn nd sila ma fall sa bait ng mga ganitong agency. (i just want to read kasi yun mga msgs ni ginebra16, naloko din sya, but it was deleted)

    Kanata international

I just wanna inform you guys regarding this kanata international... This a fraud puro kasinungalingan *** ang pangako sa inyo. Why i know?

    http://www.pinoyexchange.com/forums/...d.php?t=531485

Pwede mo namang gawin on your own bakit ka magbabayad?

Connectins kuno.

This message is from a "PERSON" who used to be the client of their CO-BRANCH "UNITED STARS ALLIANCE"/ USA-CIS located in PEARL of the ORIENT TOWER in front of U.S. Embassy., obviously about the volunteer caregiving program it's a 100% fraud and FAKE!!! if you remembered., they featured the USA-CIS in the GMA 7 Imbestigador program last february, and it is related with this company. MS. BETH GO claimed to be one my consul here. May NAGREKALMO sa imbestigador, na-detained po lahat ng staff nila sa CIDG CAMP CRAME for 2 weeks and nakapag bail sila., and after a wek na nakapag bail sila., I called this KANATA IMMIGRATION services through phone and immediately isa sa mga staff na na-detained nun sa CIDG ang nakasagot si MS. MICH., NABOSESAN ko siya and my goodness! di pa sila nadala., talagang manloloko may-ari ng USA CIS at KANATA Int'l immigration services., A GOOD MESSAGE TO ALL: A US AMBASSADOR ADVISED THAT YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO CONSULT AN IMMIGRATION SERVICES IN ORDER FOR YOU TO GET VISA (B1/B2 VISA-tourist) JUST PROCESS IT ON YOUR OWN. Nakausap ko po yung isa sa mga legal consul from US EMBASSY nun kasagsagan ng case filing sa Imbestigador at PNP CIDG camp crame. It's a piece of advise and please don't waste your from this ****ING ILLEGAL COMPANIES such as "USA CIS and KANATA INTERNATIONAL IMMIGRATION SERVICES". as for now USA CIS is facing a case of ESTAFA and ILLEGAL FALSIFICATION of documents.

Cool A PIECE OF ADVISE to all with regards to this FAKE and ILLEGAL companies...

Anyway you can go to their orientation, but a piece of advise.., you must consult the Canadian Embassy regarding this because I'm one the victim of their CO-COMPANY USA CIS (United Stars Alliance) and they're facing a case called ESTAFA and falsification of documents as well as illegal recruitment for US volunteer caregiving program., be careful, be wise and watchful for their FALSE OFFER opportunities..,
    watch this video;

hope this can help you for the information...
