    I am not familiar with Infinity. The company's name sounds like a place where people can chill out hahahahah. Maybe the owner changed its name. Ganun lang naman just like Accenture formerly known as "Andersen Consulting"

    infinity support is a call center company that provides technical support for webhosting companies around the world. especially in the u.s

    Hi Everyone,

    Wag na kayong mag intend pang pumasok sa company na yan,, pangit dyan.Lahat nagreresign pati Operations Manager, HR(as in buong Team)..mga TL's, QA, Trainer..Pag ayaw sa inyo ng mga boss dyan either gawan kayo ng kaso para ma terminate o magresign kana lang ng maayos. Di ko sinasabi ito dahil bitter ako...sinasabi ko ito para di kayo mapahamak.Pero kung mapilit kayo try nyo work dyan..para ikaw nalang mag judge.

    Mabagal ang hiring process dyan..mag aantay ka ng pagkatagal tagal bago ka inentertain..mabagal kasi yung mga bagong HR dyan matapos magresign ang buong team ng HR. Pati yung magagaling na trainer wala na tinerminate nila ng walang due compensation

    This is formerly known as Helpcentric. Low salary before. Don't know if it has changed. A lot of people resigning. Look for the thread helpcentric. Same company same people.

    You are right!!Infinity Support is formerly Help Centric..Unfortunately, the thread for the latter was already deactivated. But Im very sure this is not a good company I'm telling you...

    Thumbs down beware helpcentric/ infinity support

    Good thing i accidentally read this forum. i was once part of the Technical Support Engr's at HElpcentric. NOw infinity support. Tama post ng iba na panget company na eto. aside from poor training facilities pag ayaw sayo ng may-ari tsugi ka nalang bigla.


    1.LOw Salary

    2.Training Allowance (supposed to be given after training) but wala.
    (modus)

    3.BEnefits?? misleading...in other words deceiving,confusing para ang mga applicant mgkaroon ng false idea about the company.

    4. BAckPAy- well after u resigned. goodluck kung may makuha ka.

    5. meryenda Time- eto maganda dito. libre biscuit, wafer, kape.lol

    GUys... GUys... kung fresh grad ka?? or planning to start a career at callcenter. wag nalang dito. trust me.. i've been there. and its totally a waste of time. you dont believe me?? apply ka. then after 6mos reply ka sken here. and tell me im wrong.

    Walang ka-kwenta-kwenta!!! I applied as QA pero teh, buong time, ni isa sa mga Boss or QA, walang tinuro saken about the systems and all. Natulog at nag-facebook lang! my gad! ano yun??! Okay lang sana yung account, webhosting and stuff pero ang support.. WALEY!!!!!

    Panget dito. Nag-apply ako as QA and was invited for an interview. Pagdating ko sa office nila, OMG! Ang jologs. As in parang fly by night lang.
