This is my honest reason:
1. To prevent myself from insults (since I'm too big to everybody's eyes, alam nyo na..)
2. To look great ( especially sa girls since I have no girlfriend since birth)
I think, in general, having a nice figure is really an advantage.![]()

For my wife and kids, I want to be with them until I grow old by being healthy.

I think this is a good thread. I was Obese level 2 with borderline diabetes and hypertension. Persistent to be healthier, I opted to go to gym to lose weight and trim down the bp that I was obtaining. I couldn't get the dream job of mine because of this illness. Right now, I'm overweight and still aiming for a 110/80 bp. Little effort before fat agitation!Haha! I'm having a good time doing plyometrics, cycling, cardio and everything. Kung hindi lang sa work ko siguro araw-araw magdamagan akong nag-gygym!
