Scopus is the largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature and quality web sources with smart tools to track, analyze and visualize research.
And as we welcome the new year that is 2011, it is imperative that Philippine academic institutions shift their primary focus on producing international peer-reviewed researches, instead of simply producing topnotchers and board passers in various board (and bar) examinations. If we want to be globally competitive, citation of researches is the real gauge of international academic quality and integrity.
