I tried the suggested mobility drills kanina and it worked for me...I will do these drills every now and then ....actually yung iba ginagawa ko na pero as part of the workout itself not as a warmup. thanks for the info.
@blakedaddy
im still doing the shoulder rehab warm up that you've given to me nung sa MH forum.
ask ko lang ano2 na nga ulet *** mga CNS activators before doing
BENCH PRESS
DEADLIFT
SQUAT
STANDING MP
^ try doing the warmup drills since those also activate or potentiate your CNS....

Magnificent mobility by Eric Cressey is pretty good.
Hindi naman lahat ng drills gamit ko pero most of it. Na lessen yung agitation/strain sa cuffs mag bench at lower back mag deadlift.
I would not suggest the mountain climber in the video for newbie.
Maybe, this version of the mountain climber. Then progress to the one na nasa vid na yan.
is this a good warmup/stretching drill for improving squats?

^ I'd do that after training... for dynamic warmups, I recommnd goblet squats

stretching, crosstrainer, shadow boxing, or treadmill
not sure if this is the right thread, but i thought my question has something to do with drills. so anyway, coach blake, yung program ko sa eclipse mentions a finisher after ng regular SS 5x5 routine.
yung finisher consists of the ff exercises: pushupsx10, low squatsx10 then burpeesx10 (3 sets)
pano gawin yung low squats? parang bodyweight squat lang ba siya? or goblet squats without the DB/weights?
I just do foam rollers and some regular stretching.![]()
anu ba ang mas recommended? skip rope for like 15 minutes or use the treadmill?
^ I'd rather skip rope... but since our objective in warming up is to loosen up the joints and wake up your nervous system, I'd rather do the drills that are posted here than do the treadmill

thanks for replying sir! uhmm what if hindi warm up purposes? like gusto ko talaga sya gawin for its benefits, sabe kasi nag iimprove ng agility? saka tataas din ba vertical leap ko with the help of skipping?
^ You can do that if for footwork purposes, mas tataas talon mo if you started doing squats
