Actually, that one is considered the best game-movie adaptation. I've played all PoP games. I thought the movie was entertaining. I didn't go to the cinema expecting much, and I walked out with a smile on my face.

With all due respect, I disagree with this one.

Movie to game equals Epic Fail, and game to movie equals Epic Fail. Almost all gamers know that. For example, having Uncharted in the big screen is a big NO because the game itself is actually a movie.

I read an article (though I forgot where it is now) about the PoP movie. They say it's not the best as you're saying. In fact, IGN recognized it as one of 2010's disappointing movies.

With all due respect, I disagree with this one.

Movie to game equals Epic Fail, and game to movie equals Epic Fail. Almost all gamers know that. For example, having Uncharted in the big screen is a big NO because the game itself is actually a movie.

Not necessarily true. Prince of Persia was entertaining..And WANTED was a decent game.

I've played both Uncharted 1 and 2, and the story of the first one is shallow with little to no character development. It was cinematic because of the graphical offering, not because it had a story that could justify movie standards. Sully and Elena will be the reason why I will watch the film. Drake is a douche. And get this, Mark Wahlberg is rumored play Nathan Drake. WTF.

Mass Effect 1 and 2 should be turned into a movie franchise. They are better materials compared to Uncharted series. And call me mad, but it could easily rival Star Wars if done right.

And you can't spell IGNorance without IGN. lolololol Srsly though, that's the movie department, of course they judged PoP with movie standards.

In the end, I love the PoP games. It's so happen that the movie did not deliver any impact on me. I only watched it because of Gemma Arterton. Oh come to think of it, you will be watching the Uncharted movie because of Sully and Elena. What of the odds.
