well there are better books than dvds and always remember: teach man to fish and he wont get hungry again. understand principles of methods, and you wont need another dvd again.

hmm well the thread is "Best workout dvd" so i was hoping someone could help me, seems like i was wrong oh well nevermind.
^ IF I told you that I bought a book which contains all the exercises to be done in a certain workout( with pictures), how you can progress for week to week and how to keep in interesting, will you at consider listening to what we have to say?
