Jennifer Aniston's House-Hunting Tour Hits NYU Penthouse
The Post's Jennifer Gould Keil brings word that Aniston recently visited the five-bedroom, four-bathroom triplex atop 552 LaGuardia Place in Greenwich Village, which is back on the market after failing to sell for $14.5 million(!) and $9.995 million.
The listing pics are a bit tiny, but what stands out is the metal staircase that winds its way up the space and to the private roof, from where Aniston (or whomever ends up buying the place) can keep a close eye on NYU's expansion across the street. We've helpfully highlighted this feature.
