And also, I have a friend who's also working in NCO for 4 years. 2 years as a collection agent and currently as a Reports analyst. But she just only finished high school. Can she apply as well? We're planning to attend your job fair at McDonald's Philcoa on Monday.

I'm a newbie in this company. My training lasted for three weeks for a non voice account. I already took my first mock email exam and unfortunately I failed in it. My team leader gave me a second chance. But I hesitated to try it again because when I first took my mock email exam, my trainer (SME) who was sitting beside me and every time I made a mistake of hitting a wrong button, she always got annoyed and say bad words. I don't have any choice than to hear either F**K and S**T! And I always hear those two words from her during the three week training period. I just can't imagine she is allowed to say those words during the training and inside the work area. I don't have any courage to raise this issue to my team leader since I will not benefit on this and this is the reason why I decided to file for a resignation. Can I still get a COE?

If not, Do still have accounts with a fixed Weekends off? With your said Flexi Compensation... Can an agent receive at least 11k or 12k every 15th payout (just the basic, comp1 and night diff)? Would really appreciate your reply.... Thanks...

Hi There! SYKES provides an option to all our hires (fresh grads / no call center experience / with call center experience) regarding compensation package. You can pick the compensation package that will meet your needs. Premiums are provided by SOME our financial accounts depending on your communication skills. Apologies for not providing the range since our recruitment team can better explain this to you during your Job offer.

For IE graduates, normally they are considered for our Facilities team. You can always submit your resume for this and we will call the candidate as soon as we have a vacancy.

Hi There! Yes we are still hiring for our financial accounts (with fixed weekends off).
With the 2nd question - I guess that would depend on your performance. Your last (account) interviewer will explain the accounts incentive (that's normally performance driven) and the HR personnel will explain the fixed package that is provided by SYKES.
