Hi! Requirements for IT positions would depend on which particular vacancy. We have openings for Senior Systems Administrator, Senior Network Administrator and Cyber Center Architect. Below are the qualifications:

Senior Systems Administrator

• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification is required
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification is required
• Solid understanding of windows client operating systems
• Advance knowledge of of Microsoft Exchange 200/ account management

Senior Network Administrator

• Knowledgeable in data infrastructures: point to point, Telco and cell/ packet switched technologies
• Cisco Certified Network Associate/ Professional (CCNA/ CCNP) is preferred

Cyber Center Architect

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. MSCE and CCNA desired.
• Must have an experience in Project Management and at least 4-7 years experience in data center engineering and network administration.

Hi! As of now the openings in Worldwide Corporate Center Bldg (along shaw blvd) are for facilities assistant and Dialer Manager for Collections. For Unionbank (across metrowalk) we have openings for: HR account partner, Operations Manager for collections, Dialer analyst for collections. For One San Miguel Ave Building we have the following: TSR for Laptops, TSR for Dayshift account and IT positions such as Senior Systems Administrator, Senior Network Administrator and Cyber Center Architect.

Range of the salary would vary depending on the position you're applying for but this will be discussed during the job offer.

Hi! Usual requirements, 2 copies of resume and valid ID. Same compensation package is given with or without experience.

For graduates of engineering courses such as Mechanical (ME), Electrical (EE), or Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Industrial Technician Course (ITC), we have opening for Facilities Assistant. He assists in actual maintenance and monitoring activities of the three (3) basic utilities (power, water, and air-conditioning systems) that are essential to Sykes’ operations.

hi! i called your recruitment number and asked about my dilemma regarding my application. i was only able to take 3 sems and 1 summer in college but finished a short course certification in medical transcription which is for 1 year and 6 months. I also have more than a year work experience in a nonvoice account and 7 months for a voice account. the person i talked to said that Sykes will be able to consider my application and just walk in to any of your recruitment site that will be more convenient to me.
