I've heard of PTR from a friend, mukhang okay naman sila. They develop midrise condos which is slowly gaining popularity among real estate developers. Plus Pasig is a really nice area, convenient for people who want fast access to the workplace without sacrificing so much of the suburban vibe.

Pasig??? Lagi kayang trapik dun!!!! Rumekta ka na lang sa Makati rather than staying at Pasig...Mas practical diba???

  3. #23
Well my office is in Timog and we visit clients around that area so it's convenient for me, haha. Plus I don't like Makati so much. =)

How much is the average monthly fee after purchasing a condo unit?

In my opinion, living in a condo would save me money in the long run than having a single detached house.

Pasig is good if you are in Kapitolyo area or somewhere closer to Ortigas. Do not go beyond C5 road. Super grabe ang traffic!

I guess it depends, I think after you pay the DP, the balance just gets divided into the duration you're planning to complete the entire payment. For sure my extras yun like interest or something. Usually its 10-15k/month...for the big-named na. Well at least from what I can remember reading about.

    How much daw sa pasig?

  7. #27

Nice insights from Sheila! For BillGates, like DaniAustria said you can check out PTR Properties as well. They are quite new in the business and aggressive as well.. I checked out their condo units and they are at par with the more popular ones!

    Hi Everyone.

Choosing condo is one of the most exciting, confusing and probably greatest dilemma to have! Because of so many choices, i've met a lot of clients who doesn't know what to choose. Hmmm to summary i made like an outline of what to consider.

    Location
-Are there Central Business Districts that is a big factor for property appraisal?
    - What are the Commercial, educational and institutional landmarks?
    - Is the ZONING of the area well planed? Masterplanned zoning areas like Bonifacio Global City does not experience traffic, flooding etc.

    Developer:
    - is the developer known to deliver?
    - do they follow everything in the model units? Finishes, materials etc.
    - do they have plans for maintaining building structure or their service ends upon selling?
    - Whats their track record for property appraisal? From initial pre selling price to RFO after market price?
    - Will the company assist you if you want your unit rented?

    Project
    - Amenities like swimming pools, basketball courts etc are now standards for condos.

I suggest choose a condo that offers trees, greens and open space. Living in condo does not necessarily mean a small place na wala ka na magagawa kung hindi tulugan.

There are condo projects that offers a full lifestyle. Giving you a suburban feel. Resort type that is full of trees, greens and water. As if your not in the city. This type of development gives you not only a home, but a stress reliving environment. After a days work releasing stress is just outside your units.

Make the right choice! Condos are lifetime investment. Go with the reliable ones.
