Hey moms!

I decided to create a thread that talks about where we can post links to useful articles that could help us with parenting our kids. Di ko kasi sure kung merong ganun na dito kasi I haven't checked out all the threads but it would be cool lang diba? As modern parents, we have to admit that we make use of the net as a source of info din when we care for our kids diba? Like for instance, if our kid shows symptoms of being sick, we can actually google and figure out if they just have the regular flu or something serious. So feel free to share your sources here and if you find something interesting din. Be as random as possible because I will be super random din

I can't find a link 'coz it's something I read from a mag but it's really true... if you have to run after your tot to give him medicine for fever, chances are, he doesn't really need it

So although I still give Paracetamol or Ibuprofen (sometimes), I also learned to wait and see a fever out... kasi naman nga din, a fever is not a disease, it's a symptom.... and you can cool your child a number of ways

Hey DELISYUS! Thanks for sharing that. Ang hirap nga naman bigyan ng gamot ang mga bata. Vitamins pa nga lang, ayaw na nila. Even for us adults noh? I was feeling under the weather a few days ago and I kept forgetting to buy paracetamol and the first few days, I felt really really sick pero now, I'm feeling a lot better.

To share ulit, one of the articles I read off the Alagang Supermom page was that kids who don't get their fair share of greens and fruits may end up being constipated which is tough since I went through that stage as a child (Sorry, too much information? hehe) pero I remember eating veggies naman. Eh diba minsan pihikan ang mga bata sa veggies? Do you mommies experience that din? Well, minsan pihikan din si mama, pero kumakain naman ako ng gulay! haha.

Hi mommies!

Buti naman at may ganitong thread. I just liked the Alagang Supermom Facebook page and tama ka nga miranda, super daming useful and interesting trivia about parenting and kids dun. Its pretty cool and I wanna thank you for sharing it here. There are a lot of reads pero ang nabasa ko lang now is about kids and the current fashion trends for them. May point nga naman ang article kasi I've also noticed how kids tend to dress nowadays. Paminsan masyado ng skimpy na parang linalabas na ng mga magulang ang frustrations nila sa mga anak nila no offense sa mga naggaganun kasi my little sister din naman had backless tops and short shorts pero I was raised kasi by my mom na nagsusuot ng dress parati and doll shoes with pigtails, ribbon, lacy socks, and simple jewelry. I know naman that fashion evolves pero wag naman sanang super outrageous para sa mga bata. hehe.
