I usually fillet the chicken and then fry it!
In a separate pan, I add lemon sauce, I add a little grated skin of the lemon, a little sugar diluted in water and diluted corn starch then wait for the mixture to thicken.
Then i top it in the fried chicken fillets!![]()

i used freshly squeezed lemon juice and looks like the lemons i picked weren't ok...
