^ 1. How much are you lifting and how much do you weigh at the moment?
    2. Do you really need that much extra work to improve?

    1. You ar not undertrained and you're not even deadlifting your bodyweight... you don't need to do a bunch of other exercises, you need to get stronger first

    2. and eat more

OK salamat for the advice coach... starting tomorrow hindi na ako magdadagdag pa ng ibang exercises i'll just stick to the program nalang talaga.

let me be honest with you...

    MAGPALAKAS KA NA MUNA!!!

ITS NOT ALL THE EXTRA WORK THAT WILL GET YOU BIGGER!!

YOU'VE JUST STARTED, WHY NOT TRY TO GET AT LEAT 3 CONSISTENT MONTHS OF TRAINING UNDER YOUR BELT FIRST??

sorry... I just get really annoyed when people think na adding a ton of extra exercises will speed up the progress.. IT DOESN'T HAPPEN PEOPLE!!

ok na ako. It just annoys me when people want something right away and don't understand that they have to work hard for it.

    counterproductive ang straps early on.

    and use chalk. problem solved.

problem ko yan.. sweaty palms eh >_<

I have always told my trainees that they are doing the deadlift NOT to improve their grip. If you have a grip problem to complete your set, then use straps. In addition, pag pinilit mo and your skin gets torn, it will hurt & prevent you from doing a lot of exercises for several days.

You can just do grip training separately if you want to work on your grip. I use straps when doing reps with weights much lower than my DL max but have no grip problems in 1RM in competition. I train my grip w/ heavy weights at the end of my training session.

in what way nagiging counterproductive ang paggamit straps? i know chalk is good, but i don't think the gym i'm enrolled at will allow the use of it. messy kasi.

sa simula *** kapag kahit kaya mo naman tapos magstraps ka edi hindi ka masasanay.
