Another question. I'm still using this program and haven't stalled on any of the exercises just yet. What I slightly dislike about it is that my squat's 1RM has reached 309 lbs. and none of my jeans are going past above my knees anymore. I'm pretty satisfied with my legs now so I'm thinking whether I should shift to another program or just carry on with the same program but not add more weights to squat. Any suggestions?
