    This school yr 4th HS na ko (turning 15). My height is around 5"1/5"2. Factor ba ang sleep dito? Matagal na ko nagpupuyat like 9-10 yrs old ako natuto. My parents/close relatives are like 5"'-5"7.

    Are you a guy or a girl? If you're a girl usually you stop growing by 15-17 years old. For a guy, 18-21. That's usually but we could all hope that we are special cases.

    wag pa mawalan ng pag-asa. lol. nadagdagan pa ako ng mga 2 inches nung nag nag college ako eh. cherifer lang at fresh milk. ewan ko kung yun ang nakatulong, pero yun lang ginawa ko. puyat din ako non lagi from computer games.

    Yes, big factor ang sleep. Studies show that growth hormones are active during sleeping. I suggest you drink milk before sleeping, and do some stretching when you wake up.

    Guys no hopes na ba to be taller even you are using hgh at your 30's or just appearance enhancement like babata kang tignan ang makukuha mo..

    @kihtmaine Yes no hope na.. the only way to get taller is surgically lenghten your bones

    tatangkad ka pa. growth plates closes 18-22 years old. but your height is kinda small for your age (no offense) but if you're really serious about increasing your height, research about HGH. it's hella expensive but it's worth it.

    or just stick to GOMAD (gallon of milk a day) and physical activities.

    if they really worked, they don't need to advertise it. think about it. most things that work are illegal or expensive.
