I'm not sure about sa dress up..normally one month lang un then dress down na ulit..it's been like this since the last 4 years..Uhm..1 days process lang dito..normally madali lang makapasok kahit walng experience and kggraduate lang.. dahil na rin ***** sa di kalakihan ang offer..nga pala..pioneer batch *** sa airline...sa january start..dun k b ninagurl??

I just resigned last August after having been in the "major Hong Kong based airline" account and I have to say it was the WORST experience I've had working in a call center (and I have worked at other CC's before) with my gripes being:
1. stingy healthcare/HMO benefits: you only get your HMO card and coverage after 2 months of employment, and what's worse is it's outpatient-only coverageso I hope you have lots of cash for when you do need to be confined in a hospital
2. No performance incentives: I had perfect attendance for 3 straight months and they couldn't even give so much as mention on the floor bulletin board
3. Never ending pay disputes: for some reason they could not get their timekeeping right, we would always have pay disputes over late/absent deductions when we were clearly present and on time. One example was I would have been tagged as 2 weeks absenton the payroll system had I not seen that error early on before the end of the pay period.
4. Extremely Poor training: being the pioneer batch of that account, the training was so rushed (to meet the launch date) that what would normally take 2-3 months of training due to the complexity of an airline account was all crammed in just 3 weeks resulting in the agents not knowing important policies and procedures of the account, and then resulting in irate customers after they were provided false information and/or passenger's travel arrangements being messed up. This was made worse as most of the agents hired did not have any experience in the airline/travel field.
5. Poor facilities: Tiny break rooms/pantries, no free coffee, tiny sleeping room, no real clinic (their idea of a clinic is a small medicine cabinet in the HR area, and there's no nurse on duty during weekends/holidays
If you're looking for a job in the CC industry, I would very much advise you to steer clear of this company and go with one of the better known names (Convergys, Sykes, etc.) and save yourself the hassle![]()
